'Don't Worry Darling' Postponed Due To Positive Covid-19 Test
Olivia Wilde's new horror movie under New Line won't be catching a break
The Don't Worry Darling movie with Harry Styles and directed by Olivia Wilde has currently been experiencing some delays.
New COVID-19 regulations in the film world have made it possible for movies to return to their production phases. Unfortunately, one of the crew members tested positive for the virus, forcing the production to halt.
I'm stoked to get Florence Pugh, who played Dani in Midsommar to play another horror / thriller role. I recognize Chris Pine from loads of comedy / action films but he's a great actor nonetheless. Gemma Chan who will be in the upcoming film, The Eternals, will make an appearance. The Old Guard's, Kiki Layne, is in this film as well as Nick Kroll.
Carey and Shane Van Dyk had the original script that has been reworked by Wilde and a close friend, Katie Silberman.
The film is based in the 1950s and centers around a housewife who's reality is struck revealing a disturbing truth.
