R.I.P | Cloris Leachman Young Frankenstein Frankenstein Actress Dead At 94
The Oscar-Winner was famous for 74 years of her life
R.I.P to an absolute legend. You've had to of seen Cloris Leechman in The Last Picture Show, on The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Phyllis, or in Malcolm in the Middle.
She died on Wednesday at her home in Encinitas, California. Her death was confirmed by her son Morgan Englund. We don't know the cause of death.
Leachman started her prolific career in 1955 with her role in Kiss Me Deadly. She starred in a handful of television series starting with Lassie and then going on to The Last Picture Show, Kirstie, Raising Hope, Phineas and Ferb, Franklin & Bash, and many, many more.
Movies she's had a role in include The Wedding Ringer, Croods, Young Frankenstein, Spanglish, 'Jump, Darling', and many more including a couple of films that have yet to be released.
One of her most well-received and twice rewarded performance was her CBS sitcom roles as Phyllis Lindstrom on The Mary Tyler Moore Show.
What an amazing trail of roles and appearances to leave behind. I do wish her family and everyone that knew her my condolences.
