S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 Teaser And Gameplay Hypes Fans For 2021 Launch
Finally a sequel to S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadow Of Chernobyl, the horror FPS from 2007
S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 has been in development for over a decade! Alike the Metro series, this series is an FPS shooter with all the radiation and monsters to give you plenty of challenges as you traverse through the desolate European landscape. In this case, it's Chernobyl.
This game came as an absolute surprise for not many knew it was in development. Developers, GSC, must have been self-aware of their secrecy for the teaser trailer also gives a very slim amount of information.
The development team had actually had come out announcing this 2021 release date in 2018 so let's hope they stick to their guns.
The 4k S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 clip I'll show below is eery, dark, ominous, and very uninviting. The S.T.A.L.K.E.R series was always terrifying but this new sequel ambitiously takes that to a whole new level.
To go more in-depth with what to expect, the game's official site has a description that's listed as follows.
“S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 is a unique blend of first-person shooter, immersive sim, and horror with a really thick atmosphere. One of the biggest open-worlds to date is yours to explore—along with an epic branching story with multiple endings.”
S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 was initially set for release on last-gen consoles only but will now release on the Xbox Series and PC. The game will also drop on Xbox Gamepass when it does get a release date.
