Twisted Metal Is Getting A Live-Action TV Series
I have a sweet tooth for these types of show adaptations
Twisted Metal was a game series that I thought was long gone. It threw you into tons of different maps with badass cars, powerups, and a dark story throughout. It was one of my favorite experiences growing up and I am so excited to see it come back. Hopefully, we get a new game?
Sony and the writers of Deadpool and Zombieland came together to develop Twisted Metal into a live-action television series.
The show is about a motor-mouthed outsider who is offered a chance at a better life, but only if he can successfully deliver a mysterious package across a post-apocalyptic wasteland. With the help of a trigger-happy car thief, he’ll face savage marauders driving vehicles of destruction and other dangers of the open road, including a deranged clown who drives an ice cream truck, whom fans of the game will know as Sweet Tooth.
Excuse me so that I can break this news to a few childhood friends.
